  I would be difficult to underestimate the pathetic customer service offered by this store. Both staff I talked to were indifferent; my questions were treated as if I was a moron. Frankly neither should be allowed anywhere near customers. Apple and Newton need a rethink. I now have found an alternative Apple retailer in Gibraltar and there are certainly others in Spain. I had intended to buy a MacBook Pro as well as the phone but definately not at Newton.

  The bad: I've recently bought a Macbook Pro and ordered another one from Newton. Both times I was served by the same guy (with the nose piercing) and in both cases I felt like I'm doing a favor for him spending my money there. I've been to other Apple Stores before but have never seen such an attitude.

  Newton Store and Heiko, I would like to Thank Heiko for his perseverance in dealing with Apple over my MBP warranty repair which Apple refused three times. Heiko went above and beyond fighting my corner with Apple to make for one very happy customer. I would highly recommend Newton for this.

  I bought an i-phone today. I only bought the phone because I needed it there and then. If I had had a choice I certainly would not have bothered to spend the money at the Newton Apple store in Gibraltar.

  The good: On the other hand the rest of the staff is very nice and helpful. I've had my old MBP repaired there and I was very happy with both the work they carried out and the customer service they provided.
