  I mistakenly purchased an incorrect item and wanted to return it within ten minutes unopened. When I went to return it, the shop owner was unhelpful stating that he was not obliged to refund me he was very arrogant and very rude. Poor customer service beware when shopping in this store. Certainly not English customer service at the bare minimum. Very disappointed customer.

  Muks (the owner) has given us First class "after service" and advice without making us feel put out. He has given us a lot of his time sorting out problems we were having getting started and we know that if we need further advise or help...He will be more than willing to give it.
