  I visited this store on July 21st to purchase a charm related to Gibralatan history. So of course, I decided to purchase the infamous monkey charm for my Pandora bracelet. It was purchased and bagged, however, when I got back to my hotel (in Cordoba) I realized that the charm was missing. I emailed the two contacts I had immediately to explain my situation. I was so upset, it wasn't even funny. They replied almost right away and offered to send it by mail to my hotel or in Canada. I opted for Canada delivery as I was leaving Spain in 3 days. I received my charm by mail on August 5th.
