  Not happy- two members of my family went to the clinic for a check up: with family member number one, his blood results were sent (2 months after blood was taken- had to go to a another clinic because doctor couldn't take blood at original appointment) without being checked or interpreted by a doctor. When we asked if they could do this we were told we can take the results to another clinic to get them looked at (even though we had already paid for this service.) This is slightly unethical medical practice as its their duty of care to ensure that if they have results (which may be bad) they need to inform us. Second family member went- the ECG wasn't working twice (I had to do it myself because im a nurse) she couldn't take blood (I helped her with this) when she did attempt to take blood she left the tourniquet on and removed the needle so we had a nice brief blood shower and she also didn't know where anything was. The appointment was supposed to 45 mins and it took an hour and half. not happy

  Fantastic clinic! Extremely professional and very high standard of care. I saw the Podiatrist/Podologo, Jessica Gow, and was very impressed with the treatment received. Will definitely be using the clinic in the future.
